On the 18th June, many affiliate organisations from the Fusion Industry Taskforce attended FUSION24 at the celebrated Science Museum in London, to learn about the latest breakthroughs and insights in the global fusion energy sector.
FIT affiliate organisations listened to presentations on diverse topics from leveraging AI applications in fusion to understanding how the industry can advocate for large scale funding. The event covered emerging fusion applications and spin-off discoveries in the space such as magnet technology as well as the promise of international fusion developments, and recent discoveries in new and existing projects across the world.
FIT affiliate organisations had the opportunity to connect with leading fusion industry experts and representatives to learn about the different challenges the industry faces to make fusion energy a reality across the globe.
